Transformer Routine Test Report: Buyer Review Guide for Export Projects
Introduction
A routine test report is one of the buyer most important acceptance documents. It confirms that the transformer shipped matches the agreed technical schedule and passed factory checks before delivery.
This guide is written for overseas buyers, EPC contractors, consultants and local utility reviewers. It uses IEC 60076, IEEE C57 where required, FAT procedures and project acceptance criteria as the main technical language, with the final acceptance route defined by the project specification and local approval process.
