Evidence policy
What a published project reference should prove
A useful reference connects visible project evidence to a clearly limited description. It should help a buyer judge equipment scope and execution context without implying an unverified customer name, certification, location or operating result.
Traceable media
Images should belong to the stated project or be labelled as representative. Equipment, packing and site photographs are reviewed against the available project record before publication.
Defined supply scope
The reference should separate supplied equipment from civil work, cables, installation, commissioning and other interfaces. A title alone is not evidence that every part of a complete system was delivered.
Reusable engineering context
Voltage, capacity, application, site conditions and document requirements are more useful than promotional language. A new project still requires its own design review and approved specification.
Use these references to prepare a comparable RFQ
- State the network voltage, frequency, load and required redundancy.
- Identify equipment boundaries and interfaces on the single-line diagram.
- List destination standards, tests, drawings and document language.
- Attach site conditions, transport limits and the required delivery schedule.
