Routine Tests

Routine checks are selected according to product type and project requirements before packing and shipment.

  • Transformer checks such as winding resistance, ratio, insulation resistance and power-frequency withstand where applicable.
  • Switchgear checks for mechanical operation, wiring, interlock, insulation and protection configuration.
  • Nameplate, accessories, packing list and document consistency checks before release.

Type Tests & IEC Compliance

Type test reports and IEC-referenced documentation can support buyer qualification, tender review and project approval.

  • IEC 60076 reference for power transformer procurement and technical review.
  • IEC 62271 reference for medium voltage switchgear and ring main unit projects.
  • IEC 61439 reference for low voltage switchgear assemblies where requested.

Factory Acceptance Test

FAT can be coordinated around agreed inspection items, document review, photo evidence and remote buyer confirmation.

  • Pre-FAT technical checklist aligned with the purchase order and drawings.
  • Remote FAT support through photos, videos and document packs when site visit is not practical.
  • Final release only after agreed inspection records and packing requirements are confirmed.

Operational Path

Testing and FAT Workflow

The same workflow is used for transformer, switchgear and substation orders: engineering confirmation, controlled production, documented inspection, export packing and shipment coordination.

  1. Step 1

Confirm applicable product standards, purchase specification and inspection checklist.

  2. Step 2

Prepare routine inspection records, wiring checks, accessories and document package.

  3. Step 3

Coordinate FAT review through on-site or remote evidence according to buyer requirement.

  4. Step 4

Close punch items, update records and release the equipment for export packing.
